My background

I started my career in high tech marketing and ran a Portland-based brand and marketing agency for 15 years before deciding to focus on business consulting. I have a passion for working with small to mid-sized companies that are innovative, dynamic, and willing to think differently. They are the challengers in any market seeking to be bigger and better.

My goal is to give the executives of these companies a unique perspective on leading their organization by focusing on the “north star” that guides employees, resonates with customers, and builds value. I’m a skilled facilitator and presenter who instills confidence in the process and the outcomes.
