Modernizing a brand rooted in 1950’s nastalgia

Ruby Receptionists had outgrown its name and brand. The old fashioned receptionist image no longer reflected the progressive, modern nature of the company so it was time to redefine who Ruby is. The company hired me to renovate the brand strategy, positioning and messaging to reflect how much Ruby cares about connecting with people on a personal level and using technology to get great results. I led the organization through the brand development process arming the creative agency with the platform they needed to do great work.
